Hello - are there any updates? It was still GEI earlier this week, but today it's giving me an error. I've tried logging out & back in with no luck. It has also dropped off of the submissions list.

Hello - this order now shows REJECT status. I had to wait a year and a half for it to be rejected? What is the reason?

Hello, we are so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I am showing that this was too large to safely encapsulate in our holder and to do so would risk damaging the book in question.
