Do you collect comic covers of a certain theme?

There was someone else collecting playing card covers on the boards maybe ten years ago. I seem to recall them selling up at some stage, but there might be some useful posts for anyone compiling a list. I'll see what I can find.

Edit: It was @PokerKid and one thread is here

And a few more here

When I got back into comic collecting last year my budget was (and is) limited, so I decided to limit my collecting focus. I like good girl art, and also covers that are focused on women in general, especially first appearances of female characters, so that's the lion's share of what I collect. Just for example, the only issue of Invaders I own is the one with Spitfire on the cover, announcing her first appearance. (A great Kirby cover.) I also own She-Hulk #1, Spider-Woman #1, (not her first appearance, I know, but I like her better with hair and also not as a spider that was mutated into a human being--gross) and I'm working on picking up The Cat #1, which seems more expensive than it should be for some reason. I own one issue of Spidey Super-Stories, the one with a gorgeous John Romita cover featuring Shanna the She-Devil. I collect a lot of Bronze age horror, but only those covers with a woman featured prominently. I've been collecting a lot of romance books with John Romita covers, and a lot of silver and bronze Betty and Veronica. Three of the very few modern books I own are the first issue of Promethea, the first issue of Runaways, and the first cover appearance of the modern Batwoman.

I wonder if there have ever been any Rolling Stones covers? Somehow Betty and Veronica grooving out to Mick and Keith just makes me smile.

I have a pretty weirdly specific one - I collect covers with comedians. Specifically from the big 2 with characters from the big 2 on the cover with the comedian. here’s a few examples:IMG_1785.webp

There is also at least one other.

And Charlton's Hollywood Romances too - I don't have that but I bet you do

I went through a phase of comics with many concentric circles on the cover. Makes for very trippy and cool effect when displayed together, especially when things are 'extra fun' (its a euphemism!)
