PGM Uncanny X-Men 94 - Grade is in! 2 2

Sending this one (1 of 5) to CGC for grading along with a few other Bronze keys that I will also post here. Trying to figure out the grade and how much they will cost me to slab. Still need to send them for a clean and press. I purchased these off the rack as a teen. Happy to see they survived all these years!

Looking forward to hearing what you think! I'll post the results of CGC's grade when I get them back. Thanks for checking these out!

Grader Notes, spine stress lines breaks color, light finger bends on cover, very small crease right top of front cover breaks color

Blunted corners with color loss, small color loss above title banner by upper left corner,, slight edge wear with some color loss, color loss by spine on lower 1/3 of book, minor spine wear with multiple color breaking spine ticks, color loss in the black of the rear cover, moderate staining/discoloration on rear cover, lower left corner of rear cover, what is that? (Stain/Fold/Piece missing?)

Before looking at the other people, I was gonna say 7.5. And I actually thought that was conservative. In my humble opinion, there’s no way this book it’s less than a 7.0 especially with a clean and press.  
 

If you have a minute, I would love to hear your opinion about my Asm 50.

I wish my opinion on any comic grade was of any worth. I look at my comics and seem to think they are >9, where clearly CGC doesn't agree. That's especially a problem when I overpay CGC based on a too-high FMV. Hence my request in this forum.

I will check out flying_bison's ASM 50 and am about to post my own ASM 50. What an awesome cover!
