Help Identifying A Comic 3 3

Hi all,

So I’m perusing a local auction house and saw this. This is the only photo provided in the auction and I’m trying to find out what it is, when it’s from. I’ve searched Super Comics for the last little bit and cannot find it. Any help is appreciated (and needless to say I will be bidding!)

Thanks! Apparently they are Canadian editions that reprint old Pep issues.

I think you are correct, it certainly appears to be a comic book.  Hope that helps.
