Just realised that with the Blue Lizard Spider-Man 1, that’s a printing error and not really a colourist mishap.

It still is. It just occurred in a different area of production

The Sentinels are my favourite villains.  But they were miscoloured in one issue each in 3 out of 4 of their first story arcs. (The Neal Adams arc got it right)
