PGM TMNT #1 3rd print - Grade is in! 1 1

I know it's bad.  But the question is just how bad is it?  I'd love to get your opinions!  I think I have good pics of all defects that I can see.

In the past I think CGC might have given a book like that an 8.0, but they seem super tight right now. So maybe more like 6.5 - 7.0.

Just had a Cerebus 1 graded and can attest to their not being forgiving on these black books right now
