The JSA service can be conbined with other books that are not receiving this service.

I sent in another for JSA authentication, but this time they didn't refund me and group it in with the other Moderns I sent in---I did them all together but I still didn't see a way to combine them when I submit them?

@trademarkcomics

Can you send me an email with the packing slip number and the submission number for this at service@cgccomics.com so I can review this with our processing team?

Noticed that single book getting JSA authentication just went to G/E/I separately.

Also just got an email from Nicholas M. stating the exact opposite of what you stated:

submissions containing the same service level, but different add-on services, such as Pressing, JSA Signature Authentication or Custom Labels, will be placed on a separate invoice on the same packing slip and be shipped back to you separate from each other, according to their invoices.

O.o

If I had known it I would be charged like I sent the book in by itself, I never would have thrown it in with the others. It's not worth enough to be submitted by itself...

I've had my share of issues with CGC.  Customer service is definitely not one of them.

Well, I have to take this back now.

Unfortunate.  Email didn't address the question and Ask CGC ignored the question.

Hi

CS did not ignore your question on Friday.  They have not answered any of the questions that were posted on Thursday or later.

I believe CGC is typically open to providing either a green label or a reduced grade if the customer indicates a preference on the submission form, so feel free to at least give it a try.

btw @Matt1982, i'm giving this a go, we'll see how it turns out. I bought a weird Mike Mayhew She-Hulk book that he used as a tester for different markers - it has his sig on it but is also covered with other marker scrawl - not remotely a sketch - I made a note on the submission (sent today) that I'd rather have the green qualified label than a grade drop, so we'll see if CGC honors my request. (cc @CGC Mike - lmk if there's anything additional to do here).

In the same submission is a Mark Texeira sketch done on a blank Wolverine 300 cover, so I'm hoping for Green/Qualified+JSA on the She-Hulk book, and a Yellow/SS+JSA on the Texiera sketch... fingers crossed...

Good luck! By the way, I sent in a book signed by Quesada and Palmiotti, with a daredevil head sketched by Q and inked by P. It came back with the yellow/black label. Very happy with it!

Books shipped today - the She-Hulk one got a yellow label with 'sketch on cover' - I'm not complaining (although it would look great with the green label), but this seems to go against the policy that you'd only get the yellow label if the sketch 'didn't detract from the book' (iirc). It's pretty clearly not 'a sketch' lol

Unfortunately the Wolverine sketch didn't make the pre-screen - will have to send that in in another batch.
