Corvonie
Hi crew, Picked up a lot from a collector and found several “heartbreakers,” including this phenomenal copy of Daredevil #45 that has a cleanly popped bottom staple. Wondering whether this just turns out to be a qualified grade or something else. Thanks!

scburdet
7.0/7.5 Universal. I don't think it's perfect enough to escape the gravity of the upper end detached staple grade Corvonie

Another book that - in person - to my eyes seems to have only perusable defects (bend BRFC, bend BLBC, stacking curve), but is consistently below 8.0 here. The problem is that with this book I'm not sure it's worth the pressing/slabbing fees to find out

Its why I’d love to win one of the contests - I have a couple books where I differ in my opinion from the consensus but it’s too low value of a book to justify the grading costs. (But I’d really love to know) Corvonie
