PGM amazing Spider-Man 121 2 2

Hi there hope your well, please could you spare a moment to grade my AMAZING Spider-Man 121 The comic hasn’t been cleaned or pressed no detached staples or cut outs or missing pages the cover has tear on the front cover.

5.0 max. I don't think c/p impacts the grade even if the BC looks nicer after. Not sure I'd submit this if it were mine. I've been sitting on a copy that's 6.0-7.0 range for as long as I've been CGCing.

I’ll agree with @scburdet I have a 6.0 copy that I cracked out of its holder and it looks a bit better than this one. Awesome book either way!

I hesitate to go over 4.5 with that tear. Even if it were cleaned. It will have more eye appeal than your normal VG, so, 4.5...
