too much shadow & foxing? on the back to go about 9.0

I'm above 9 but how high above 9 kinda depends on post-cleaning the back cover. 
I wonder if that's an accumulation of dirt along the flap that can be removed.

I say 8.0 as is, can't tell what that is on the back either.

If back were clean, as high as 9.4 cause it's real nice otherwise.

Beautiful copy. It’s hard to get in such a nice grade with all that black. Mine is an 8.5 and doesn’t look this good. I think a press will clean up some of the creases, and I’ll go with 9.4, 9.2 if some of those spine creases break color.
