Hello @Stonemillhobby, Thank you for contacting us. Carrier tracking may indicate that your submission has been received at our office, however it can still take a short amount of time to reflect within our online submission tracking. I don't see the order in the system quite yet, but if you can kindly provide the tracking number, I can confirm if the package has been safely delivered to our warehouse.

Hello! Thank you for your reply. With your tracking number, I was able to confirm your package is currently in our warehouse's intake queue now:

All packages received move into an intake process where the contents are inventoried and compared against the submission form as validation before moving forward into the grading process. Should there be any discrepancy encountered with an item itself, a missing or extra item, or any other concern for that matter, our customer service team will reach out for clarification accordingly.

Please note, the intake process can take upwards of 7-10 business days before the order will reflect within online submission tracking. This period is accounted for in the overall estimated turn-around time displayed at the point of the submission.

Thank you for the reply and confirming it has been received.

Curious why bulk is listed on your website as 5 working day turnaround if it is taking several days from delivery before even being processed? Just want to understand what that 5 working days represents as an estimate.

Hello @Stonemillhobby, thank you for following up with us. Happy to help! Posted turnaround times reflect the number of working days to complete a submission delivered to our facility today. They are estimates only and are not guaranteed, however, we aim to stay as close to them as possible. If a type of card is not yet in the CGC Cards database, the submission may experience a longer turnaround time because CGC Cards will need to conduct proper research to add the card to its database. I was also going to post a similar question as I recently sent in two orders. I'm also a bit confused and wondering what happened to my first order as the turnaround time dropped from 8 days to only 5 days since sending in my order but it is still not showing in the tracking tool even. Info for the first order is Order#: CGC4919290966 tracking USPS: 9405536208070688904738, its showing as delivered on the 14th so that's been about 10 days since it was delivered and its still not showing in the tracking tool as received.

Thank you for reaching out. I was able to see that we have scanned this order into the warehouse. This can take upwards of 7-10 business days the order will reflect within online submission tracking. This should be entered into the system soon for you and begin the process. We appreciate your patience while we work to enter this order into the system.
