The character is the Grim Ghost. The title is being revived after 35 years. To date, only a Zero issue has been published. That page is the last page of the Zero issue.

I went to the Mike Carbo show today in NYC. Didn't buy any comics, but got a few pieces of OA. A Flash commission from Sean Chen, as well as his cover to Salvation Run #1 (my first cover!). M'man can draw!

Here is my newest commission by Jack Katz who had been drawing comics since the Golden Age (Archie in 1943, Bulletman in 1943, Sub-Mariner in teh Silver Age, multiple bronze age DC comics). At 83, Jack still has it!!!!

I asked him why the bad guys were not present and he said that one minute after mopping up the bad guys, Captain Marvel Jr. and Bulletman went off to spend some downtime talking over the day's adventures with Bulletgirl so that is what he drew. Who am I to argue with a man that has been 58 years in the business!
