He was Electro for issue #1. He became Dynamo with #2 and kept that moniker. Not sure why the change. Maybe Dynamo sounded more dynamic than Electro sounded electric? Or maybe a copyright issue, knowing Victor Fox...

Since Billy did Weird #1-4, let's keep it rolling with Weird #5. The last of the pulpish covers, as #6 through #20 were all superhero covers.

I love #5. Dr. Mortal looks so sad having to administer yet another injection into a tiny human.
