I have several unique qualified books like this. Check out this married cover FF #27 9.4. The colors on this one are more like Christmas with the label, cover red and Dr. Strange.

Hey, whatever - it looks cool!  And so does this FF, it even matches Dr. Strange who is green for.... whatever reason!  I have this one that even though the case is cracked I don't want to re-slab it because I like the old-school red label goodness with the cover:

Yeah. That's a great book with the red label. Looks like someone dropped that one down the stairs. It's funny that CGC called that a modern book back in their early grading days when we now consider that a Copper Age book.

My first "serious" collecting period (not to be confused with Picasso's "Blue" period) began in mid-1973.  At that time ASM #122 was the first book I bought "off the rack" and it took me a while after that to find an LCS, which were not that common here in the early 70s.  However, five years earlier I had purchased two other Marvel books which I have to this day - FF #73 (which I've written about ad nauseum as my "first" comic) and ASM #62.  Both of these books are a wreck - I had no sense of upholding a book's condition until several years later - but I can say they were well-read and well-loved by kid me.

I don't have a scan of my former 63 9.4.  This was the most difficult book for me to find in a nicely presenting 9.4 of issues 51-100.  I don't track Census rank in HG (9.0 or better) for the issues after 50 but I imagine it's still one of the toughest.

Another possible candidate that comes to mind is the Shocker issue. Have trouble with that one?
