Finally I am determined to finish my ASM #1-100 set in CGC 8.5 and 9.0 grade range.

 

So I finally added these to my CGC registry:

It was purchased from Bob Storms a LONG time ago(I still had all my original teeth lol )....I think he called it an 8.0 or so.....there are some transverse stresses on the back cover that would probably keep it 7.5.....grading was looser back then. GOD BLESS...

That one came out a few months before I started buying comics, but my next door neighbor had a copy. I was floored by it when I first saw it. The drama was undeniable, and I was just a little fella back then. Romita sure knew how to crank out a cover.....a consummate professional. GOD BLESS...

I don't have a lot slabbed currently but I'm waiting for a few to get out of Verified limbo. Once that clears out I should rack up the 1-100 run to 10 slabs and about 40 raws waiting the slab factory.

 

In the meantime, here's one.
