Am I being too OCD? Are corners like this common on older issues or would this prevent you guys from buying a book?

Mainly referring to how it is blunted and a small piece seems to have flaked off. These rounded corners seem pretty common on older books but wanted to get your thoughts

I would definitely consider that a "nice" 5.0.  It's generally easier for a book with lighter background colors (like FF #5) to look "nice" -- the same defects on a dark background like Hulk #1 would be much more distracting.
