Been wanting to bring this thread back from the dead... unlike Harry 'A,' so I would like to post what I have found on my last visit to the town where Chesler lived. He was quite a character I have been told .I would call Harry one of the founding father's of the comic book so there lies my interest! The great Harry A Chesler the man who gave some of the great ones in our hobby their start in this business,has his place in the sun.

I picked this up for a want list customer...... always thought Cheslers looked neat in the PhotoJournals ..... but sometimes a cover doesn't really hit you until you have it in hand. This one is very cool and bizarre with the Pied Piper thing going on.... kind of a foreshadowing to the Rock and Roll era that was just over the horizon..... GOD BLESS...

Everytime I think I've seen it all, I find something new (...to me) to be impressed by. I'd always heard the name of Charles Sultan, but this was the first book that I recall having that has a lot of his work inside..... he does "Lou Fine" almost better than Lou Fine..... he also did the cover on this one....
