Wow, I love that cover. And you're right, I've never seen it before either. Beautiful!

 

That doesn't even look like it's part of the same series as the earlier ones in that title. It just goes to show how little gems are sprinkled here and there, still waiting for the collecting community to notice them.

My fave is Fantastic Comics # 3 , but I've always loved this cover also . It just shouts Golden age to me IMO!!
