This Superman #23 with a good-sized chip out of the top right corner is now being offered by two different sellers, simultaneously!

Yep, and the serial number matches, as if I needed to check. Strange that the legit seller with high (and very good) feedback has listed the book second, although it's most likely a relist. Soccerlake1000, meanwhile doesn't sound as if he comes from Louisville Kentucky, judging from his bizarre blurb. Just a hunch....

Thats weird. obviously the 15 feedback seller is likely the one who ripped off the image. But anyone else notice that the 15 feedback seller listed his auction first?

15 feedback seller is bogus,they have one listing and the other has a credible reputation. Its possible many scans of this book are out there, Ebay should be canceling one of them soon, most likely the newbie. Probably a dumb kid. Its not much money for so much trouble when Mom/Dad find out.

I noticed the high feedback seller ended a buy it now listing early for the same book about the time the low seller listed. the low feedback guy may have thought he had a deal done and listed the book before he really had it. Maybe he doesn't know how to end a listing.

Or he could just be a scheming scumbag.

I've actually seen this exact copy online somewhere else in the last month. I remember the chip specifically. I can't remember where and don't see it on Clink or Metro.
