In case it's overlooked in "Comic Events:"

If you're in the Baltimore area on Saturday, December 2 [TOMORROW!] from 1pm to 4pm, I'm signing copies of the Geppi's Entertainment Museum book, Pop Culture with Character as well as copies of The Big BIG LITTLE BOOK Book and...wait for it...the third edition of The Overstreet Comic Book Grading Guide. This will be right at the museum at Camden Yards, downtown Baltimore, in historic Camden Station.

Fine, have Arch or someone take this away then since it offends everyone's sensibilities so much.

Jeez, it's not like I'm selling comic book collection management software or something...

Maybe if you created a cute shill or something. confused-smiley-013.gif

Well someone suggested I do that since some people don't look in the separate sections but just the "General" one. I hadn't thought of it, but... *shrug*

If someone suggested you jump off a bridge, would you? If someone suggested you play in traffic, would you? If someone suggested...well, you get the idea. 27_laughing.gifpoke2.gif

I love this forum, it has the most polite, respectful, mature posters of any forum I've ever been to.

You always make people feel welcome and a part of a thriving, friendly collecting community.

Yes, there is a strong patrol lately of "Thread Troopers". If you even come close to violating thread Guidelines, chances are they will let you know about it within five minutes of your post. You'll be outed as a spamming, rule-violating bastich and their lives will be given that much more meaning for their efforts. smirk.gif

I like that phrase, "Thread Troopers". (Though, try saying it three times quickly without spitting all over your keyboard.)
