Hey, speaking of great, underrated '70s bands, comic books, and Rush (!)...are any of you lads familiar with the band Dust?

You Rush heads should definitely check this stuff out if you don't already know it! A little prog, a lotta early '70s hard rock, big guitar sounds, power trio format, a pre-Ramones and Voidoids Marc Bell (aka Marky Ramone) on drums...and a Frazetta cover image for their 2nd (and, sadly, final album).

Good sh*t!!!

I'm only joking, I never liked them as a teen, a couple of people I know listened to them, but I was listening to New Wave and Punk by 76. Before that they didn't even register in my area.

You beat me to the punch. I could quibble with the greatness of others on your list, but anyone who says there's no good rock (or indie rock, or whatever genre you want to lump this in) coming out of Canada didn't pay attention to Arcade Fire's Funeral, maybe the best of 2004 IMO.

I wish they'd release another!
