Thanks WBC. Good topic. I saw that 2nd MTU you 1st posted with the beast and SM and realized it was one of the books I read as a kid alot and I believe is still in my pile of Raw and overead spideys at my Mom's place in the basement.

I have about 80-100 ASM books that range from 9.6-9.8 with maybe a copy of 280/281/289 perhaps being 9.9 candidates. Unfortunately I live in Canada so when I do submit them they'll probably come back as 8.5's . Well not that bad but it kinda sucks the further they have to go. My books were all purchased from other ppl. A man I did sell a few of my high grade ASM's to a few years ago, (Spider9698-on ebay) had a run from 200-367 and sold them all on comic link about 2 years back. The books I've obtained look to come from his collection as alot of them are 1/1 and such. I did notice that he had a copy of ASM300-CGC-9.9 also at the time. If only I had sold my car and grabbed them all up right then. Ah well .... thems the breaks.

I love copper Spideys. Such a great run in the history of that book. My favs are the Romita jr issues but Frenz did a very nice job as well.

I'll toss up a few more that I have in 9.8, when I get those scans done. Nice Book WBC. I like that older sandman look along with his original and current look which are both the same.
