With this thread being a major source of inspiration, I rec'd delivery of my first SA Flash book (from a Boardie) today:

Now that's what I call a terrific start to a Flash collection. :applause:

Here are the rest of the Flash cooks I have in the 120's.

Thanks Dale - I wish the book had stronger cover colors, but for the grade, PQ, and price I'm OK with it.

You know, I was thinking of limiting myself to the .10centers, but my goodness the covers on these .12centers are truly excellent.

Oh I love your #127! That's another one I need! How/where did you buy that one?

???

I only remember that I got this at Comic-Con around 2006 or so. I should write down when and from whom I buy my books from now on, because I tend to forget....

Man, what a great time for comics. :luhv:

It was fabulous! And Carmine Infantino's covers on the Flash were a large part of what made it so. Here are four more scans of ones from my collection:

Probably the closest I'll ever come to owning the OA for this cover:

It's the OA for Infantino's Abra Kadabra entry in DC's Who's Who. :whee:

It came with a little overlay of the revised head:

Good eye and the more I look at it, the less straight the edge appears. Like it was trimmed by a shaky 90 year old riding over train tracks on a bus.

Gut call, but lister has a 14 day return policy.
