wow I have not sold at a convention in almost 10 years. Not quite sure how the virtual thing will work but I am game to try it out. It sure has to be easier than loading up wagon with 30 long boxes driving to the show then unloading, setting up and then reloading after the whole day.

Two items for sale:

First, for all you Phantom Lady/GGA fans:

Phantom Lady # 1-4 (set). This is the Ajax series which ran a brief four issues from 1954-1955, reviving the ever popular GA heroine. Don't let either the guide or Gerber fool you, issues # 2-4 of this series are tough to come by in decent shape. In fact, issues # 2-4 have only had one book each submitted to CGC in it's eight year history, despite the fact they are $1k books in NM 9.2. According to the census, the sole copies submitted for issues # 2 & # 3 each graded out at only 7.0. # 4, which is the rarest of the set, only has one graded copy at a mere CGC 4.5. These are tough books to find, yet are available here as one set for one price.

One thing of note about this set; they all have very healthy Off-White to White pages, as should be evidenced by the nice bright white back covers and absence of tan lines.

A brief description of each issue follows with grades:

# 1). F/F+ ® Super nice book, but there is some VERY unneccessary color touch on the front cover. Not really obvious until you look for it.

# 2). VG/F ® Like the # 1, this book has some color touch to the front. There is also a small chip out on the spine. Great anti-communist cover.

# 3). Fine The nicest of the bunch. Unrestored. Overstreet notes that this issue has a heroin story.

# 4). VG Some light residue on the back cover, otherwise a solid VG+ copy. No restoration. Again, this is the rarest book of the set.

High quality scans:

Overstreet Guide for the set in VG 4.0 is $680. Its a hard to find, good-looking set of mid grade books (even despite the CT on # 1 & # 2). My price is $650.

And second we have a very nice copy of Rangers Comics # 48 (CGC 9.0 OW/W) from the "D" collection. NOT A HINT OF FOXING on this book at all. Very clean and bright with a cool Firehair cover. It just doesn't fit into my long term collecting goals so it needs to go. Asking price is $195

First up for sale... a copy of the Sgt. Rock Archives, volume one. What's so special about this? Well aside from the fact that this book reprints the first batch of Sgt. Rock stories, this particular copy has a signed sketch of the immortal Sergeant by none other than Joe Kubert on the Forward Page. How cool is that? Price $140.00

Next, a classic copy of Showcase #3, featuring the Frogmen drawn by Russ Heath, in solid 4.0/4,5. Very, very tough book in any grade. I offered this for sale late last year and this did not sell, so I have dropped the price to $95

Next, a little original art. A KILLER DC war page from George Evans, drawing what he does best... WW1 aviation scenes. There's an entire story on this page! Great piece. Advice I got last year from some dealers was that this was valued in the $300-$350 range. I'm offering it for a mere $235.00

Finally, a very solid copy of Super DC Giant 23 The Unexpected. Great cover, tough to find book. Sorry about the lousy scan, but I cannot fit this on to my scanner! Book is CGC 9.0 ow/w with cert # 0607807011 and it's all yours for a mere $40 SOLD!
