This is my book in the near future. Basically got a agreement set today, but no time frame.

I origionally thought VF/NM, but I think VF pages are white, untouched super crisp and clean.

Here is a pic taken today on my kitchen counter. Had fun geeking with a friend of mine, these are currently his books.

Cool Paul. Thanks for posting pics. CGC might go 6.0/6.5 with those corner creases on that Tec 10 :makepoint: Nice eye appeal otherwise. Love the green/purple logo which was not used to often in that color combo with many Pre-Bat Tecs....What other books does your friend have? hm I see that Tec 33 on the left side :shy:

You only think 6.0/6.5mmmmm.....I can see that, but if you saw the whole book and then look at say this one...

I would say VF easy, but then I have held the book in hand.

That is an old label book if that means anything. It seems a little to dirty to be a 8.5 in my opinion...I'd go 7.0/7.5 on that Bat...

NICE!!

I remember you talking about this book a couple of weeks back. It's good to see your friend has maybe decided to let go of it, I think you were saying how he's very attached to his books ( I can see why).

The final great superhero cover of the run. The interiors are awesome on this book as well. I'll post some in a bit

No, you're actually cornering the market on Eastern Color superheroes.

Music Master! What a bright, rainbow cover!

Any idea who drew it? Ben Thompson? This is supposed to be first Downbeat (sidekick). Is he as obnoxious as I've heard about?

Thompson practically drew the entire book and signed his work. Neither Music Master stories are signed, and the art is not simliar to the other stories very much.

Downbeat (Penrod Hunter) is rather obnoxious. Here is one of his lines

"Sure thing John! Solid, old man! I'm practically there!"

But all the stories are great fun and very well illustrated.
