Having "More Fun" in Sydney with some GA

hm Nice shot Pons, and a Larson copy at that!

You're giving me some ideas, dude.

My wife and I are doing a European tour later this spring in support of her Morganville Vampire novels.

I guess I'll have to bring me along some sweet GA for some shots with appropriately cool backgrounds (it beats the hell outta garden gnomes).

Thanks Bill, you're da man! (worship)

Thanks Cat. It is a lot of fun taking GA along for the trip. Especially on these long ones.

I had them with me in Germany as well a couple weeks ago, but it was just to darned cold outside to bring the books out for a suitable establishing shot. The view from the hotel just wouldn't have sufficed.

I look forward to you photo-journal in the spring with great eagerness. :)

Oh man, just how cool would it be to pose with one of these books and a modern German establishing shot (good taste notwithstanding):

Since we'll be in the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy I'll try to figure out some kind of theme; it won't be easy. hm

I am glad to ge the kind words RareHighGrade. I know most posters in this thread like same types of books, which are different than what I collect. I like to find rare high grade #1's that are more obscure and odd. Glad to hear a few people like them. Thanks.

I'm astounded by your ability to find fabulous copies of these obscure comics. I enjoy every one you post. :applause:
