Just picked up the book.It was sold out at many shops.I have not read it but the cover looks awesome.Has anyboby read it yet?

Predictable (largely due to the previews), but fun. I'm looking forward to the next issue. Enjoyable art - catches the spirit of the guy who drew the MARVEL ZOMBIES mini.

The next issue should bring some fun, this issue was just a setup to the other issues but overall it was on par with the original series.

Give him some slack, I never knew about the movies either untill Late last year. (oh, around december)

Then I decided to hunt for the movies to watch em, still haven't seen #1.

But seen #2 and 3.

#1 was pure horror/gore. Was a low budget classic... Many like #3 best, but I'm a huge #2 Dead by Dawn fan.

Fun book, really great how they are keeping true to Ash's character:

It's a little too comedic in some instances, but not too bad a comic overall.

I have to give it a "C" overall. In my opinion, the original series was much better. On the flipside, the original series had the unexpected on its' side.

 

What was the deal with the variant? When Mile High doesn't even get it, I have to wonder if it wasn't released in the same fashion as other variants.

 

Don't berate too much for not seeing Evil Dead. A kid at work told me he has never seen the original 3 Star Wars movies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He said he caught a bit of the pod-race and didn't like it. OH MAN! No wonder why he didn't like Star Wars. I wouldn't either.

I thought it was the Uncanny X-men 137 Zombified variant. Maybe it was for a different issue or obtained at a Con/Dynamic Forces?

The variant was sent to stores that weren't ordered through Diamond Dist., or that's what I read. Of course, my LCS uses Diamond and like most didn't get it.
