Yeah Matt, if you don't start clearing out that room I worry that the bride in your wedding photo is going to start to fade out like Marty McFly in Back to the Future. The short cuts involve luck or crime. Both of those are high risk gambles that will most likely end up wasting your time and money. The most reliable way is to get a good job and then work at it for about 10 years, saving a good sized chunk of your salary for a significant down payment. Then buy the house and work hard for another 20 years to pay it off. ThothAmon, jcjames, Badlands and 1 other 3

If you are renovating you might put stacks of comics in walls could be profitable later plus its good insulations.....
Popular Post srezvan
I picked up this X-Men pin advertising set off eBay some time ago. Problem 1, it stunk of smoke, so I needed to air it outside for a bit. Problem 2, how to display it? My wife and I kicked around some ideas, but she eventually took one of my ideas and made it better. The advertising page sits in plastic, at the bottom of a shadow box. Just enough pressure keeps the small magnets in place under the plastic in the shadow box. Then the pins are held in place by the magnets, but the pins can be easily removed or adjusted. After I took the photos, the magnets sticking out of the sides bothered me a bit, so I re-did it, and it's a little cleaner now and you can't see the magnets under the pins. But for a display piece from 1984, it's in great shape. drmccoy74, MagnusX, wormboy and 13 others

It has me thinking - currently I'm just rotating comicbooks on display in my room but everything is stored in a walk-in closet with shelves. I could put some issues out in there so I'm greeted by some awesomeness every time I open the door. It really looks great. Nice job. Popular Post grendelbo
Since this post my wife and I have seperated. Where I'm crashing now I don't have the bookshelf or the same space. I'm making due though and thanks to @Flanders82I was inspired to rearrange my closet a bit. Comicbooks are still rotated out every few days, perhaps more often as my collection is more accessible now. I enjoy the simplicity of it all.
