There are quite a few additions not shown here but this can be a tough display to photograph due to glare so I went with the one that looked best from my awful attempts at photographing it. This is the first version of the store bin with header I got from @Rip for the series one diecast line, I had the full run but decided to focus instead on the Canadian bilingual, and am looking for the X-Wing and regular TIE Fighter carded to finish the run. So many questions, but I will leave it with one, the hanging comics on the Whitman Spinner still in their original bags? Thanks man! And yes, all are sealed. That's one of the conditions for me to buy/collect. I have a large collection of multipacks. When I got the Whitman spinner, I wanted to see how many it could hold and I had over 100 packs on it, and it was still able to spin without any issue. Most of them were 3-packs. What's important to note is that most 5 sided spinners with 10 pockets on each row can hold about 250 comics (5 comics in each pocket, before the comics begin to add enough weight to push the front facing comic against the pocket rails) and weigh down the rack so it doesn't spin as freely. On this Whitman, each level runs on a type of washer wheel with bearings, and it spins still amazingly well even with that many comics hanging from each peg. A nerdy thing I'm sharing, but as a researcher of the early days of comic distribution via newsstands, I have to say that beyond the rarity of the Whitman spinner, it is an exceptionally designed rack, whoever engineered it put a lot of careful thought and consideration into the way its built and functions. Unfortunately, I like having all my multipacks with perfect peg holes and try to have them with nice header flaps, so I keep them stored away and not hanging, I only keep one pack (usually a multiple) for each peg and rotate to show a different pack every so often. Joseph - You've talked about Star Wars, spinners & multi-packs over the years, so for me it's really cool to see some of your collection posted. Thanks for sharing! I forgot I had this photo. The display is from the '95 McDonalds food promotion, this would have been the store display used to show customers which toy was available for that given week. A very nostalgic piece for me as this promotion kept me collecting even during my University years where I didn't have two dimes to rub together. I was offered the prototypes some years ago which came from the same agency that did a lot of the Kenner Star Wars toys. The detail on the waxes are really incredible, pics don't do them justice. I can't tell from this photos, is this actually hanging on the drywall, sticking out, or did you cut a hole and it's recessed into the wall? Is there a front cover I'm just not seeing a reflection on, or is it open? If there's a cover, is the border on the cover and the whole thing swings open to access the interior? I used to like the acrylic case I got for my Kenner SW's in addition to all my scenes on shelves, but now I realize it's cramped and unoriginal and I need to tear my walls up to make something like this! I bought a display case online. Unfortunately, I don’t remember from whom. If I get a chance, I’ll look it up. The lights I bought at Costco. I knew I wanted some and stumbled upon these while shopping. They’re great. I can control them with my iPhone and the brightness and colors are completely customizable. The stands I found on eBay. They’re one of the cheaper ones but might actually be the best choice because they can double as wall mounts too. I need about 10 more for my walls so I can put up cgc books. MattTheDuck
How do you attach the wall mounts to the wall? I see there's a screw hole at the top of the one on the left, but is that how you've done it?

You put the comic in, tighten the locking screw, and then I was going to hang it on a nail, like a picture frame. I just need to figure out how many I need before I start putting holes in the wall. Popular Post Jayman
Made a couple Tesseracts over the weekend with my grandson. One is his and the other goes in my comic room. Pretty simple to make. Got all the supplies at a Michael’s (local craft chain) by us. Photo cube, spray paint (for frosting the inside of cube), turquoise LED lights with remote and cotton for the inside. Not a bad result for how cheap to put together. They can stay lit or pulse but I couldn’t upload a video from my iPhone. Arkham, gumption, MagnusX and 19 others
