Umm.... yeah. You've a right to be a little annoyed. I'd probably say...VF- (7.5) to VF (8.0) with the discoloration on the red background. Upper left corner of the back cover also looks like a slight blunting/crease, and front top corner don't look as sharp as a NM copy would be.

 

That's just me though.

The color loss due to box wear bothers me far more than the other flaws - 6.0.

 

Arcade was seriously overprinted when it came out - it was pricey for an underground - it seems to constantly surface in bulk - I think Bud Plant sells them sometimes, but with the stiff covers, rubbing is a frequent problem. You should be able to find a better copy without too much trouble - although a true NM might be a little tricky.
