Is this Primer #2 really a MN+ (9.6)? front cover only

A very reputable dealer has this one listed as NM+, I would have guessed 9.0 at best.

Well, it's obvious which is the nicer copy (yours). I was being honest when I said I was hoping the other copy was just a stock photo and his grading wasn't that much off.

 

As for this one, I like it. I just don't think it's a 9.8 type book either.

 

However, what does everyone else think? Is this copy a 9.6 or 9.8 book?

Like I said in my PM to you, I think it's a 8.5 (9.0 at best). Compared to the HY pictured, I think it his would be a 8.0 in comparison (and much less presentable).
