I also ordered from DCBS but, unfortunately, DCBS has a habit of saying to me "so sorry, not enough copies received and you lose." For the December order month I'm dramatically cutting back my purchases from DCBS, ordering more from other vendors that don't tell me "so sorry ...", and hopefully, sooner rather than later, stop ordering from DCBS. Of course, I should have done this at least 10 years ago except for being too loyal/dumb.
I apologize for venting, but despite being a faithful DCBS customer for almost 20 years they "don't do me any favors." Granted, they don't have to but, at the least, stop telling me "too bad."
