  1. Hello! Thanks for reaching out. CSG and CGC Trading Cards are processed at different facilities, and we do ask that they are shipped separately at this time. As for the ASG and GEM cards, right now we do not cross over these cards and do ask that they are removed from their holders before they are submitted to make it easier on our receiving team.   5. Hello! We are so sorry you received a damaged holder. You can resubmit this for a complimentary reholder service as long as it is done within 14 days of receiving the book from our facility. You can do this by creating a new submission form and selecting Mechanical Error instead of grading when prompted. It will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

  6. Hello, we are working to get all magazine submission finalized as quickly as possible and they should be moving forward soon. We are still working on the first in, first out policy and this means the older submissions are taking priority. The turnaround times listed when you submitted the books are still accurate and if you email customer service at submissions@cgccomics.com you should be able to get a better update for you.   7. Hello! Processing of orders generally runs about 10-20 business days from delivery depending on current submission volume. Packages containing Walkthrough, Express, or Standard tier that are clearly marked WK, EX, or ST on the shipping box will be routed for expedited processing.

    You will receive an automated email notification to alert you of your new submission once it has been processed. After processing you may begin tracking the progress of your orders online via the Submission Tracking feature.

If the card was received from our facility within the last 14 days, then it would qualify for a complimentary Reholder service; however, if it has been past this timeframe then it would need to be submitted as a paid Reholder. When submitting the card, you would need to hand write on the packing slip that the label will need to be corrected. 

    For the complimentary reholder option, please email customer service at service@cgccards.com for instructions. Thank you.

If you do not wish to wait you may always hand write on the packing slip the label that you wish to add to the book as well. Thank you for letting us know. 

    EDIT:

    I have spoken with my IT department and confirmed the following information:

    The book you are trying to submit is X-Men #1 Campbell Variant from 9/21. The OSF will not allow custom labels to be selected if there is any date in this format: 07/21, so with a zero in front of the month. In other words, the date should always appear with no zero in front of the month. 
     
    The OSF should not display books with zeroes and this is a something we're working to fix.
