  1. Hello! If the signing is not witnessed by an authorized CGC witness and directly submitted for grading, then the signature cannot be authenticated for Signature Series. Testimonials, photographs, video recordings, certificates of authenticity, or any other proof of signing are not accepted. 

    Any items that have already been signed would not qualify for the Signature Series label. In most cases, they would receive a green Qualified label. This allows the graders to ignore the signature for grading purposes and the book is not downgraded for the writing. Label Description | CGC (cgccomics.com)

  2. Hello! We are so sorry you received mislabeled cards. We do normally ask that you email our customer service team the certification numbers from the cards and the errors that are on the labels so we can note in our system that they are coming back in. Unfortunately, it would be nearly impossible to tell if a card was a counterfeit from photos alone and we would need the cards submitted for review to tell for sure.   4. Hello! The online form is not able to show the credits on the account as it is not a "live" form. Nothing is billed until it is received at our facility, this is when the credits should be applied on the back end. If the credits are still not applied, please email customer service and we will refund the $50 to your card on file. You may reach us at service@cgcvideogames.com. Thank you!

  5. Hello! After reviewing your card, CSG has given the collectible the SU (Service Unavailable) designation. There are several reasons why the collectible could have received this designation. The most common reason is the card was too large for our holder. Even though a card may look to be the same size, because of imperfections in card production, it's possible for a card to be a couple of millimeters larger than the next one.

  6. Hello! Unfortunately, there is no way to edit a submission form once it has been finalized. You will need to create a new submission that includes pressing. Please note that no payments are taken until the submission has been received at our facility. Thank you. 

  7. Hello! I was able to locate your email and responded to you there. We always suggest that you contact customer service as we do note your account when you have received approval for a Mechanical Error. This would prevent you from being charged if it is found that the submission does not qualify for a Mechanical Error. Please note that due to our crystal-clear slabs, some scratches/scuffs are unavoidable and considered normal.

  9. Hello! We are so sorry to hear that you cannot add these books to your submission form. I will have my IT department look into this for you; however, in the meantime if you do not wish to wait for them to correct the issue, you may handwrite the labels that you would like on the packing slip. Nothing is billed until it is received at our facility so you will be charged for the labels on the back end once the submission has been received into the system. Thank you.

  11. Hello! We are so sorry to hear that you are having issues with the online form. Are you trying to pay with Discover card? At this time, we cannot accept Discover as a form of payment.
