  1. I was kinda hoping that Beth would turn into the comic book Andrea. I started liking her a little after her episode with Daryl.
  2. So anxous to click these spoilers... But I must resist!
  3. I really love the cover for the TPB. Glad they didn't recycle a cover for it. Pic? Gracias. I tried searching but I couldn't find it.

  5. looks like Mark has pages up. The last page is up with the dreaded "make an offer" option. http://www.splashpageart.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=28723&ArtistId=84&Details=0&Mag=Walking+Dead&From=TDetail
  6. From what I understood, Bob had no interest in Sasha as a possible mate. He said "I'll try something right now" and kissed her to see if he could sway her into going with him to search for Maggie, which was always his intention. Yes, they also discussed this on Talking Dead and Sasha (Sonequa) mentioned that there was nothing there it was more of a way for Bob to entice her to joining him and Sasha used the moment to try to turn the tables and get Bob to stay with her. Whatever Sasha was trying, it would have worked on me! But seriously, Bob still left Sasha all by herself to go look for Maggie because she was all by herself. Still seems to me
  7. Personally, I wonder if Beth will be the "Andrea" of the show. An innocent girl who turns into a bad @ss. Also, why did Bob choose to abandon Sasha and go after Maggie? He was going to leave a girl he was obviously interested in all alone to go after another girl who was all alone??? Make no sense. I can see why some people think these episodes are boring but they are interesting to me. I am not giving them A+ grades but I think they are decent.
  8. he probably had someone shill the auction. I think that is what James is saying. Looks like it to me as well
  9. Only if they die with some kind of brain trauma
  10. I thought the same thing... until she knew the rules of a drinking game. That chica has definitely imbibed more than once! On a side note, I think peach schnapps was the first alcohol I ever drank (other than beer).
  11. My vote... Sandman < Preacher < Y Sandman is brilliant on so many different levels. However, some of the issues were burdensome on not entertaining. Preacher was consistently entertaining and well written but would sometimes make we shake my head with some of the corniness. Y was well written but I never liked Yorick. 355 was the sheet though They are all excellent and it is just splitting hairs when ranking them IMO
  12. What you describe is the textbook definition of selling out. Perhaps this sculpt is a sign that Kirkman is more interested in artistic integrity than more digits on his bank statement . He sold out long ago. With the variants and cheap merchandise. Not to mention the tpb, hardcovers, omnibuses, deluxe editions, etc. not that I blame him. I woulda done the same thing. Gotta make that $$$$$.
  13. I don't know if you could ever say for certain. Considering the offers I received on it, I am not surprised at all. Artistically superior page. Death of a top tier character. Probably the most well regarded storyline... But I may be just a little biased.
  14. Before the chatter, I would have thought $600-700. After the chatter, I had no idea. Title pages are and this one is funny but I just didn't see it "shocking" us.
  15. I thought $790 was actually pretty healthy for this page. Thoughts?
  16. Really? $499 doesn't seem too far off to me. Maybe he saw the Arseface page on eBay that went unsold for $600. I like his better but he might be motivated to sell but scared at going too low
  17. Yep, SOK is a bad-arse And he's certainly not a villain like Starr. He is more of a tragic character put into his position by forces greater than him. No one is greater than SOK!!!!
  18. SOK is just cool. And SOK pages are a lot more rare than Jesse, Tulip or Cass pages.
  19. If that one ever came up for sale, I would make a serious run. I am not sure of any panel pages I would pay 3-5k for that didn't have SOK. Maybe a first appearance of something VERY early. But it would have to be pretty special..
  20. Great page for the price... but who knows what the max was. It is.
