I am working on getting access to the customer service info, so I can answer board members questions regarding submissions. This will make it easier for customers, myself and customer service. Currently, I have to compose an e-mail, wait for CS to answer, then contact the customer and relay the message. It would be handy if I could look it up myself. I expect I am 2 weeks away from having access.

2022 CGC Grading Contest Season 1 Summer Edition (#3) Sign-up Thread
CGC Mike replied to CGC Mike's topic in Comics General
I just sent 1 to members with a minimum of 100 posts, and posted within the last 14 days, and only 133 PM's were sent. I think I will practice with the admins until I perfect this. I obviously missed a setting. -

Sorry guys, I hit a wrong button setting up the e-mail drip campaign, and didn't post a link to this thread. I think I just sent 1000 PM's, and had to delete all of my inbox. -

Horrible how the new site tracks submissions
CGC Mike replied to Richieboy68's topic in Comics General
Unfortunately, submission tracking is lost after 8 months. Customer service can let you know where your submission is currently at. The web team has been trying to extend the tracking time for months. Apparently, it's a difficult task that we hope to accomplish soon. In a week or so, I hope to have access to the customer service info, and can let board members know where their submission stands. -
Hello Sorry it took so long to answer your question. It was a glitch. If your packing slip was generated between July 1 and July 4, you may have seen a charge of $15 for subgrades rather than $10. If you have already sent your shipment, please call customer service to have the subgrade fee adjusted. If you have generated the packing slip but have not yet sent it in, please write on the packing slip that the adjustment needs to be made. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Mike
