  1. I would be happy to present any info regarding this to upper management. No promises but, it can't hurt to try.

  3. Hi This is the correct place to post slab notation requests. I periodically send them to our database specialist. Mike
  4. Currently, we do not carry these kits, and are not sure when they will be available again. Mike
  5. Hi The entire store is down. The link you posted is nearly 4 1/2 years old. Mike
  6. Here is a note from our database specialist. For MANGAZINE #1, the first print is dated 8/85, while the second print is dated 1986. We do have both listings in our database. The picture you show of a second print (serial number 4432212-002) was mis-labeled as a first print. If the owner wishes to send it back in, we will fix the label at no cost and reimburse them for the shipping. I have also made notes in our database that should lessen the chance of this happening again with MANGAZINE #1.
  7. Hi Scott I have sent a note to see what is going on with these submissions. Mike
  8. Label defects can be submitted anytime as a mechanical error. There is no expiration date. Just fill out an online submission form by selecting the mechanical error option. A prepaid shipping label will automatically be sent to US residents through our website. (not by e-mail) If you are not a US resident, you will need to go through customer service to get the shipping label.
  9. Hi This is the customer service section so, a CS rep will answer this for you. Mike
  10. Now that is funny and true. I just hope that CGC never deletes the old threads. I'd like to see them all archived. We don't delete old threads. About 3 or 4 years ago, we started to see archived threads for the first time. Dena and I looked into this during a meeting. We found the settings. Threads that saw no activity for a set amount of time (5 years) were archived. We changed it to 12 years. Threads can be unarchived by sending me a link to it. Once unarchived, it will not be archived again.
  11. First off, our census does show the 1986 copy as a second printing. I can ask our database specialist to make a change to distinguish between the first and second printing on the label. We are constantly making changes in our database for variants different printings etc... This does not automatically trigger a recall in the form of a mechanical error. However, it looks like there is a label error here. It is showing 1985 for both comics. When I look at the census, it shows the first printing took place in 1985, and the second printing was in 1986. Let me ask about this.
  12. Hi It stands for Classic Collectible Services. Mike
  13. Mods notified! I just sent them a warning.
  14. @MattM CS or another customer service rep. Would you be able to answer this? thanks, Mike
  15. I'm not a fan of seeing discussions about w o k e. That's why there is a filter for that word. We don't need this on the forum, as it often leads to politics. There are other forums for these types of discussions. Circumventing the filter violates the terms of use. So, tread lightly, as warnings may be issued.
  16. Hi @RedFury You can't ask for Paypal friends and family as a payment option. Please make that change. You will also need a return policy. Mike
  17. Things seem to be escalating in this thread. Sometimes, it is best to just move on. I'll be checking in later tonight. I hope I am not disappointed. A healthy discussion is fine. Just don't let it get out of line. Thanks
