So, I received a PM from this user Sunday morning. I'll share this one sentence. "IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS, I'm Ready to explain." Sunday night, I asked to see new pictures of the book. My PM was read by him a few hours later, Then Crickets. I am going to ban this person in a way that will keep this thread visible, (hopefully) as there are clearly too many red flags.

Can someone please verify my submissions for me?
CGC Mike replied to Scott73737337's topic in Ask CGC
I am not sure why the thread was deleted but, here is a copy and paste of the initial post. Just wondering if I can send in this Grateful Dead Radio City poster for grading. I know the Grateful Dead Warfield Theatre poster is allowed for grading and it has a similar design. I was going to submit my Radio City version tonight, but I did not see it listed in CGC. Just wondering if this can indeed be submitted for authentication and grading. Size is about 21.5" x 27.5". Please get back to me ASAP. This is ready to ship, just need the a-ok from CGC. Thank you. -Scott -
Is anyone else getting books back with warped inner wells?
CGC Mike replied to LordRahl's topic in Comics General
As I mentioned in the PM, the operations manager who was a senior grader, and 2 other senior graders said they were fine, and would not change with a reholder. I asked him to have it done anyways. I have send him another e-mail. -

CGC graded Pulps - my first experience and results.
CGC Mike replied to Hibou's topic in Pulp Magazines
This is what Matt said: "Ask him to send them back via reholder service, put my name on the printout and send you/me the tracking #. I’ll waive the fees. I want to see these myself so I can understand what happened, then get them reholdered for him." So, if you wish to do this, please send me the tracking number when they ship. Also, it is very important to write ATTN: Matt Nelson on the packing slip. -

Hi @dickymoe74 Let me check with Matt Nelson regarding this. I probably will not have an answer until sometime Tuesday. Mike -

Hi I brought this to the attention of our Database Specialist. This is what he said: Hello Mike! Well, as I look up several random invoices on the CGC Verification Page, it seems that no scans are showing up for any books at all. It must be an IT problem, of which I really have no control over. If the problem is still persisting on Monday morning, I will contact our IT department and ask them to please fix it at their earliest convenience. Thank you for bringing it to my attention!

Hi I have sent an e-mail to our Database Specialist, and will post an answer as to what is going on when I receive the info. Mike

Hi There is no payment info or return policy listed in your terms of sale. Also, this listing has an out of the ordinary feeling. I hid this spam post about a year and a half ago in the new members thread. I am going to lock this for sale thread, and request that you contact me via PM and explain some things. Otherwise, you will be flagged as a spammer tomorrow night.

Hi Welcome to the forum. You will need to add a return policy to your terms of sale. Also, you can't offer a cash discount if you are using Paypal. 9. Your post cannot violate the terms of service for your payment methods. (NOTE: Specifically, no surcharges for accepting PayPal, or discounts for other methods) 10. A return policy must be stated with any time limits indicated. It is acceptable to say "no time limit" or "no returns," or have time limits that vary by reason for a return, such as "30 day return for any reason. No time limit for returns not as described.” But time limits must be stated.

Hi This is supposed to happen automatically. The credit you receive from renewing your membership is different than the grading credit, as membership credit can be used for most everything, and the grading credit is solely used for grading. So, it is stored differently, and doesn't always get applied. PM me your customer id number ASAP, and I will make sure this is corrected for you, as it expires in 1 year after you receive it. Mike

Certified Collectibles Group to Acquire James Spence Authentication
CGC Mike replied to Ryan.'s topic in Comics General
Actually, our customer service is very well trained, and highly competent. They can be reached by e-mail, phone, text or the Ask CGC forum. Your post is out of line. If this continues, I will ban you from this topic. -
Hi Combined CGC and JSA certification services for magazines as well as pulps and concert posters are currently in development, and will be among the next CGC x JSA offerings. Services and pricing for magazines, pulps and concert posters will be announced in the coming months.

Hi I do not know the answer to this with 100% certainty. I believe someone from customer service can assist you with this question, as this is their section. I only came here to post our latest announcement. @MattM CS
