No. Provided you are still within the 14 day window of receiving the item back from CGC, you need to complete a submission form by selecting the mechanical error option. After doing so, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you through the website. (not by e-mail) We will fix the problem, and send the item back to you at our expense.

Is there any more update on this Spiderman label thanks? I don't have any info at this time. I will be compiling requests in this thread some time soon. I will then ask the marketing manager about this specific custom label.

This is what I was told: That signing just took place on July 30th and the turnaround time is approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of the signing. Those that requested grading only should start to see those completed around mid-September and those that requested pressing and grading should see them around the end of September.

I believe this will be corrected when it is sent to the graders. Is that correct, @CGC Lyndsey?

I believe it can be sent back in as a ME, as you are still in the 14 day window of receiving it. You would need to create a submission form by selecting the mechanical error option. Unfortunately, the system will not provide a prepaid shipping label for international customers. One will need to be sent to you via e-mail. Send me the packing slip number, the original invoice number for the submission you just got back from us, Your full mailing address, and your e-mail address. I will try to get you a prepaid shipping label on Monday. Be sure to write the problem on the packing slip, and write ME on the outside of the box multiple times.

Here is what I was told: Yes, only Marvel books can be eligible for Marvel labels. And while we did have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner for the Ringling label contest only the 1st place winner had it's design used.
