Well, guess someone should tell you that nobody but your perverted uncle has ruined that for you

Just a movie, its sad they don't want to make real money and want to push agendas, but the best thing to do is just never give them money till they learn

I don't have an uncle, and why would you assume he was perverted.

Well my Great Uncle did die two weeks and he lived in Ontario, Canada.  But I dont think he was perverted. (shrug)

  2. Disney has a PR nightmare.

I mean how stupid are these people to not course correct their past mistakes which is a simple fix.

2024 is already starting to show Disney is apparently still okay with making movies that lose money because of the attitude of the people they hire before filming even begins.

Kathleen Kennedy should have been fired years ago.

That’s what I am thinking. Assuming some of these may have been the perps personal books that were sold off, who knows though.

Yeah I mean its obviously prob more bad than good, but I think a decent amount are legit (I hope anyway).

Only way of course to find out is to send them for the review.

There are 57 9.8 ASM 194 in that list. That is like 11% of the total population of 9.8 copies.

Yup, but that doesnt meant every single book they sold was tampered with.  I mean of course I hope all the people that own books on this list will get the clean bill of health from CGC after they send them in.  Some of these books I would assume were not at all tampered with, I of course could be wrong, but I am hoping a good majority are tamper free. :wishluck:

Has anyone had any movement in their modern orders the past couple of days?

I am asking directly because I am curious about whether the changes CGC implemented in their systems held the books currently in their system back a bit.

modern 25 book invoice of mine was ship today and another 50 moderns on 12/30

Looks like business as usual.  Just maybe some extra care on the reholder/ME side I would assume you know.

Whether or not it would actually hold water, I think the argument for a class action would go something like this:

CGC, through recklessness and/or carelessness in its reholdering process, encapsulated fraudulent books  (ie: lower grade books than were specified on the labels) - facilitating the sale of those books to the unsuspecting general public, and causing a loss of consumer faith in the CGC brand. That avoidable loss of faith in the CGC brand - caused only by CGC's recklessness and/or carelessness - has devalued CGC encapsulated books, and undercut the very service which CGC customers paid CGC for to begin with (ie: independent verification and grading of CGC encapsulated books). Therefore, everyone who has ever paid for CGC's services would be eligible for recompense.

I was looking for a $3.99 cover price or a facsimile barcode on the side and saw neither. I retract my previous statement about how CGC slabs are easy to open and I'm sorry for any insults I hurled at other people here for failing to see the bigger picture. Although, it may be possible that they can be opened without any flaws, using this youtube clown's videos as the crux of my arguments has already backfired.

Also, they don't call me Foot in the Mouth Flanders for nothing :).
