    For me if all three would have presented themselves at the same time, I would take option 2. Saving a little $$ is always good, plus OW pages, and that amount of chipping I can definitely live with.

    I "might" have an opportunity to pick up a copy, cream to off white pages for $33,000. This would be an in person pick up. Long term investment says yes, but just in case I need to free up funds in the near future, worth it?
