  1. Rules: 1. First "I'll take it" in the thread wins and trumps all negotiations. 2. No one on any nasty lists please. No trades. 3. Check, money order, in-person cash, cashiers check. Checks need to clear first before book is sent. PayPal goods and services also acceptable. 4. Since it is CGC graded, no returns. 5. Shipping in CONUS included in price. (Priority Mail of course) 6. International shipping will be by exact cost. 7. My kudos link below. I will also be happy to share my eBay feedback (100%) as well as my Facebook Marketplace profile (5 stars) as well as my Facebook page I created for selling comics (currently 17 5-star reviews) https://www.cgccomics.com/boards/topic/459696-badlands-feedback-thread
  2. Sharing a couple pick ups but before I do, a BIG shout to Atomic Comics (are you on these boards?) for outstanding packaging! Check it out, pool noodles! Ingenious!
  3. I hear you and agree partly. I also do not have IG so cannot speak to that. However, I'm thinking more long term maybe. IF it takes off (big "if") and a lot of folks hop in board, I think the audience might become large. Assuming that happens, then it would be a great alternative to ebay.
  4. After a little more research, I'm going for it! $9.99 subscription and no fees = no brainer. Granted they don't yet the audience but you gotta start somewhere, right? The worst that can happen? I'm out $30 or $40 if I sell nothing. Best case: I sell one high end book and save 10 times that amount on one sale. They have some YouTube videos too, kinda entertaining.
  5. Curious if anyone has tried them and if so, what's your experience so far? I have to admit that the thought of no fees is quite enticing. They are a subscription based service. Ebay is killing me with fees! https://www.thecollectoralliance.com/welcome
  6. Selling off these issues! If you have Facebook and interested, check them out here: https://www.facebook.com/Tropic-Lightning-Comics-104064158212848/ PM me from my page with offers!
  7. I agree with that part but the first paragraph "most the value is in graphic novels and new items" is not correct. My LCS would strongly disagree with that.
  8. Just skip to number 40 lol. https://za.investing.com/magazine/collectibles-that-used-to-be-valuable-but-are-now-worthless/?origin=google&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=19167127377&account_id=3230851846&gl[campaign_id]=19167127377&gl[adgroup_id]=144258049196&gl[ad_id]=640555255823&gl[network]=&gl[device]=m&gl[target_id]=&gl[publisher_id]=&gclid=CjwKCAiAv9ucBhBXEiwA6N8nYOGb9h9C2GjyUhFqIYMOGdMtbc1JbheIEKguRvOl97SR7HdGzFGsNxoC2TQQAvD_BwE
  9. Good call, never even thought about that! I'll just delete and start over.
  10. Thanks but not sure what you mean here? All mine are BIN and the buyer can still choose not to pay. We negotiate a price, they accept, an invoice is sent (or several), they don't pay.
  11. Has anyone else been getting non-paying buyers more than usual lately? I mean I'll get one here and there but lately I've gotten a few. I know it's the cost of doing business but how annoying!
  12. My favorites in order are: 1. 1975 Mighty Marvel Comicon 2. Three Third Eye 3. 6 Third Eye greeting cards 4. Marvel DC John Byrne set
  13. GREAT thread! I recently posted that I finally found a few Third Eye black light posters so my walls needed a refresh. Not all are hanging yet but here you go, for your viewing pleasure!
  14. Yes, these are the originals from 1971. Went to a flea market, struck up a conversation with this dude, turns out he has TONS of hard to find and rare items. Got a solid deal too, $900 for all three.
  15. Pretty stoked to FINALLY get a few of these for my walls!
  16. Carol and John's Comic Book Shop in Cleveland Ohio is the best! I want to show you all these super cool lithos, free with purchase! Each is obviously an homage to an iconic cover but with a twist; they each depict a part of Cleveland in the background; the Terminal Tower, the Flats, East 9th and the skyline. I wish I could give the artist a shout out but I don't know the name! Anyways, thanks Carol and John's for some super cool posters!
