  1. I probably wouldn't slab most of those issues without a 9.8 pre-screen. Heck, most of those I'd never slab even with a 9.8 pre-screen. But I wouldn't kick the FF #161, Defenders #22, or even the Moon Knight #7 at CGC 9.6 out of bed.
  2. Hey @doublej ... Congratulations! And good luck in the next rounds. Thanks @BlowUpTheMoon and @sckao for all your efforts in putting together a fun contest. Off to the showers for me!
  3. I'm familiar with its vintage looking cover so not deceived by that. But if there was a trip it was due to the top spine chip. My grade was 9.6.
  4. Haven't heard much comic talk from Ian Levine since DC reset all their titles to #1s in 2011.
  5. At the Motor City Comic Con some years ago, I spoke to William Messner-Loebs about his run on WW. He talked about the beautiful covers that Brian Bolland did during that time. He told me his Wonder Woman was modelled after actress Geena Davis. I said, yeah I can see that. Then, when I met Bolland a few years later, I mentioned to him that I heard Geena Davis was his inspiration for Wonder Woman. He just looked at me and asked where the hell did I get that idea from?
  6. Take a walk on the wild side. 1990s silver foil, embossed cover for the grumbleman. Booyah.
  7. Never mind what Liefeld has to say, let's just get back to basics and make fun of his art. Here goes: That veiny neck looks to be an abomination...
  8. It looks like they're adding a hell of a lot more content to the newer edition, It includes: ETERNALS (1976) #1-19 and ANNUAL #1, ETERNALS (1985) #1-12, ETERNALS: THE HEROD FACTOR, NEW ETERNALS: APOCALYPSE NOW, IRON MAN ANNUAL #6, AVENGERS (1963) #246-248 and material from WHAT IF? (1977) #23-30.
  9. Tales to Astonish #60, the issue before, features the first solo Hulk story in title following Incredible Hulk #6. I agree that Tales to Astonish deserves some more love.
  10. Since the announcement of the Eternals movie, I've been waiting on an Eternals Omni reprint. And here it is: https://www.previewsworld.com/Catalog/MAR201091
  11. So many regrets to choose from. If there's any consolation, there is an 8.5 PLOD on the census.
