You got to figure the rest will surface one of these days since the family's interest in the books appears to be strictly financial.

A collection that surfaced a few years ago after the OO died. Some of them were put up for sale, but then a dispute arose in the family when it became clear how much the books would sell for.
The unsold books were pulled from the market in the wake of a lawsuit. The shop owner who was selling the books has, last I heard, washed his hands of it.
I would guess, though, that eventually the family will arrive at some resolution and the remaining books will come to market.
The collection included a nice run of Baker romance books. Some of those are among the books that were pulled before they were sold. Wish I'd moved faster when I had the chance!
