  1. Great cover. This one has been a little hard for me to locate one. Glad you got one.
  2. Super nice for a 4.0. Early Millie's a great.
  3. Beautiful group shot. I also appreciate you posting interiors of you acquisitions. Sometimes people forget the insides are just as cool as covers
  4. I bet we are fighting each other on the 29 on CC, huh? I am staying out of everybody's way on the 33. I think its gonna continue to get up there though. I already have a #29, not high grade, but I will stick with it for now. There seem to be a lot of bidding wars for #33 right now. Its a nice book, but there are lots on the census relative to other Planet issues, not sure why that book is commanding such a premium the last few auctions. Seems 33-35 get the bucks..and 65-66, 70-72, and obviously, the early ones. I got all of them, but the early ones. Now, I think it is obvious why this one goes for so much- short red dress blonde with a gun Planet 33 is a perfect example of book that is not exactly rare, but rarely comes up for sale. And even more rare when it comes up for sale in higher grade. When books like these come up they get a lot of attention. It is a top 5 best Planet cover in my opinion.
  5. Beautiful book. Okajima is a pedigree I have yet to acquire. Congrats to you
  6. Super nice book. Better shape than I've seen in quite a while.
  7. Nice group of Joker books. You don't see these too often in such nice shape.
  8. My favorite of your new books. You always find such cool gems
  9. Wow Best looking copy I have ever seen of that issue, raw or graded!! Very Nice. Here is nice copy for consideration.....
  10. Nice colors, always liked that cover.
  11. spectacular! dibs on that if it hits the sales floor! Gotta love Eldon books
  12. Congrats! One of the toughest -- and strangest! -- of the Hitler covers. That book is gorgeous, the story makes it even better. Great see a friend come through for you in a big way.
  13. I like the 7, always thought it was drawn from a cool perspective.
  14. Really nice, I contemplated that book for a while. Zolnerowich is King.
  15. It is difficult to put in number order. Some of the numbers below are close in "rank" , but still miles apart. For example, issue 7 I have ranked at #6, and even though #5 is ranked just two away at 8, the realistic difficulty between the two is so much more than a couple digits. Therefore, I am going to put my list in a grouping similar to what buttock did. Space separates the group: 1. 3 easiest to locate 2. 1 3. 4 4. 2 5. 9 6. 7 (Lots of space) 7. 8 8. 5 (Some space but closer in difficulty) 9. 10 10. 6 hardest to locate
  16. definitely 10 10 for sure. Below is my 10. In collecting Planets for about 10 years, I have had the opportunity to purchase #8 in 7.0 or higher 5 or 6 times. The 10 I have is the only one above 7.0 that I have found. For clarity, I did find one other 10 in 8.0, but I did not buy since I thought it wasn't real. Turns out earlier version of one of the 8's on the cgc census showed on the cgc label 'small amount of glue on cover' in the scan, but scan sent to me by seller did not have this. I didn't believe seller was "real" so I passed. Later talked to cgc and they confirmed that owner sent that book back in, glue was removed before submitting and therefore did not display on new label with same cert #. I digress... 10 is tough Here are the two scans, just for fun.....
