Let's go for a highly in demand issue. Pictorial Romances 7. PQ cream. Great Baker art in interior. I saw a CGC 3.5 go for $900 on eBay. If this doesn't sell, it's okay by me I'm going to say "ON HOLD" This is a VG-/VG. Note tear on back cover spine as seen in scan. Cream PQ has paint on cover. Also interior page has some kind of stain blemish see image below on bottom and doesn't affect story. Presents nicely. Please note will require insurance and tracking. I'll cover insurance cost in USA. $12 shipping USA.

Having technical difficulties. Sorry!

Pictorial Romances 12. Lower grade copy G/VG. "SOLD VIA PM" thank you!. $10 USA ship. Take this as a filler copy. Cream PQ. Nice reading copy. Chipping to cover chipping on spine. But,
great Baker stories in interior. I saw a G/VG go for $525 on eBay a few weeks ago.

Thank you! All yours

Hi all, I'm not sure what exactly I'll list but I figure I will start one thread instead of multiple. It's hard letting go some of these Bakers but the market has picked up and I know some of you are looking for copies. I'll take it trumps any negotiations. I will ship international but it will need tracking and insurance and could prove expensive so keep this in mind when accepting.
I do honor my sales so if you aren't happy contact me within 3 days to return less shipping.

I remembered that CL 26 is your favorite issue, but I was under the impression CL 25 was a close second!
It's hard to really pick CL28 doesn't get the credit it deserves either. haha

I think so, too. Seems as if romance artists often tried to make the women (and sometimes the men) resemble movie stars of the day.
I vaguely remember someone posting a photo of Marlene in a similar pose.
Yes it was me. It was a film poster from Manpower. I need to add this movie to my list.

1. 25 (Double duh!)
2. 28 (One of his absolute best)
3. 26 (Such a great cover and another indication of how innovative he was)
4. 15 (Classic theme of the pretty girl torn between the rich guy (wearing a tuxedo, no less!) and the poor, honest, hard-working, thoughtful, well-mannered, diligent, guy from the neighborhood (in his high school t-shirt)) Take the rich guy!
5. 27 (Interesting composition. I don't think he did many snow scenes.)
6. 29 (I know a lot of people love this one, but it's not one of my favs.)
There is something special about 26. I would have to say I like this more than 25. Also, I would but 28 before 25.

Wow, that is great that you were able to accomplish this. I had two of these issues through the years but was never able to get the first one. I'm sure it is out there. I think I got mine before you were actively looking.

Census says there's a 7.0 and a 5.5. I bought this copy almost five years ago and haven't been able to upgrade in the interim. Hard to see in the scan, but this copy has a bad spine roll. I'd like to get it pressed, just to improve its appearance. With the detached cover, removing the spine roll may not have much effect on the grade.
Have you completed your St. John run?

Nice copy. There's a four-way tie at the top of the census at 6.5. You might make it a five-way tie!
I think my copy would get dinged for the scratches towards the bottom but still a nice copy.
Love Thrills Fox Giant
in Hey buddy, can you spare a grade?

This giant presents so nicely but I am not sure how much would be dinged for the back. What would you grade this?
