    No one knows what a 9.9 or 10.0 in the eye's of CGG. The only thing I can think of is either the front or back cover is cut precise and the other not, giving it a 9.9 Mint. As for a CGC 10.0 both front and back cover are perfectly cut and calls for a GEM Mint. Including no flaws as you discussed. Don't be surprised if it comes back a 9.8.

    Add amogus_pp asked to buy an arm only for an action figure I had listed. I blocked the buyer as he may buy it, claim the arm is gone, then try to return it. Of course an eBay newb. I have arms laying around to an action figure, sure, dullard!
