May be a duplicate, are we talking about this on the boards? What am I missing from Heritage. They claim there are 2 copies in 9.8, but what about the 3rd copy as a signature series in 9.8?

Not true, someone did that to me that recently moved, long time eBayer and hundreds of positive feedback. I called eBay and they told me that if he sent me a message asking to ship to a new address that it would be covered as there is proof? I did go above and beyond and sent a text message to the buyer and asked him to verify the purchase and confirm the shipment. He kindly replied and confirmed it.
