No. You lied to multiple board members & claimed that the books had been shipped (after a month had passed), but, in fact, you never shipped anything. And instead of giving people refunds (or even, gasp, apologizing), you're now being an & making people file paypal disputes in order to get their money back. You, sir, are the very definition of a scumbag scammer. He obviously does not understand what he did was wrong and it has nothing to do with the dollar amount. This is a huge waste of time.

Probably embarrassment. But that is a good point. Not sure what you are embarrassed about. Needing more time to ship out books, which was the truth or covering up the truth? Honestly, do you think from a buyer's point of view that it is just OK to flippantly refund money without sending off a personal email stating some type of remorse. The explanation was private, so yes I do think it okay in some cases. No, it is never OK to just disappear. Never, ever should someone be told untruths. IMO, what is acceptable is to PM/email someone and state I am going through something personal and need time. I am sure that everyone here would have understood and no one would have pried about the subject either. If you are going to sell, communication with your buyers when you fail is key.

Conner, For me, it is quite unacceptable the way our transaction was handled. Personally, the time frame for non-delivery did not bother me as I have waited even longer for books without worry. However, your handling of MuscleShark was the first sign of trouble for me and then you told me the books were shipped when they clearly were not. Why didn't you just tell me that you need more time? I would have been fine with that rather than being misinformed. You still have yet to answer my email or try to explain.

Seriously, while I am annoyed at the lack of communication, I have some faith that he will pull through with the other buyers. Having said that, I still think he should not be removed from this list for the sole reason for his unwilliness to come forth and explain himself.

CAP Freak update... Connor refunded my pennies yesterday although I still was not given a courtesy email or anything.

He made the same post in a bunch of other threads. This guy needs the ban hammer... I was wondering what the heck was going on as well when I saw that posting. Figured there was some inside joke between you all. Those posts seem to be pulled now hm You want to see some of the posts that nutjob has pulled early on a Sunday morning GMT. Seemed like a nice guy to me and I would purchase from him again.

It's only a record of members that have made the list and have been removed. It's a good reference point to go back into the thread and review the history. Edit - Those two you mentioned will probably never make it off.

So this is the THIRD time he is on the list? How about this time he is banned from buying or selling until he turns 18 and shows a level of responsibility to be dealing with collectors in the sales forum? This playing around just shows he didn't take the warnings seriously before. I say leave him on there for quite a while and really drive it home now. I think hitting the list a third time deserves a perm-ban place on the list. If this list is to be a "living document" if you will then when new cases arise, it should be re-evaulated. This is the first case that someone is on the list for the third time. Personally, a two-time offender should remain on the list but that is just me. I truly don't believe that turning 18 will cause a turn around. He has shown his true nature to me with repeated behavior.

I just looked at his profile and it does state he is under 18.
