  1. I probably won't be selling it any time soon, but I will let you know if I come across another copy. RHG
  2. You're welcome Tim. I have always felt that issues 28, 29 and 32, which were Flessel's only battle themed covers for Adventure, were among his best.
  3. Thanks Ciorac, I'm trying to keep this thread going. Here is another Flessel New Adventure (#18):
  4. I'm not sure if these two issues have already been posted by others, but here are nos. 28 and 31:
  5. That is an old CGC label. I believe that the discovery that the artist was Tuska occurred post-slabbing.
  6. Steve, that is a beautiful #16. Is it a pedigree? What is the "source" that you refer to in your last post?
  7. So what do I win, one of your copies of New Comics #2?
  8. I don't know. You would have to have access to a nearly complete set of early DCs (primarily More Funs) to be able to make the comparisons necessary to know which, if any, of the DA2 strips were reprints.
  9. Judging from the stamp in the letter "P", that book appears to come from the famous "FFB" collection. I didn't realize that Scott let one of those go.
  10. Time for people to start posting their #13's.
  11. Jon, your books are amazing, but you need to borrow sacentaur's camera to help them reach their full potential.
  12. Great thread tb. I'm looking forward to seeing you whole collection, one book at a time.
  13. No, it isn't a pedigree, although I agree that the colors are particularly nice. I remember that back in the 80's, this was considered one of the toughest Adventure books to find. I don't know whether or not that view still holds true today.
  14. No one has posted a book in this thread for a couple of days, so here is one. This is Kirby's first cover for DC:
  15. You're right. As of now, this is my only Church Adventure with a shark cover:
  16. There are at least a couple of copies of Double Action #2 that are well worn and did not come from the same source where the other copies were found. This has caused some people to believe that there might have been limited distribution of the book.
